Overview
Marking the boundary between the limestone plateaux of the Causses and the agricultural hills of Rouergue, the Bonnette flows through a beautifully preserved natural setting. Populated by numerous mills and carpeted with meadows, it offers an idyllic setting for walks, with numerous viewpoints to discover.
Prerequisites
- One adult (18+) can supervise up to 8 children (6-15 years and over 1 m).
- Adults can watch from the ground or from the course.
- Young people aged 16 and 17 do not require supervision.
- Adults ready to test their limits outdoors.
Restrictions
- Minimum age: 10 years
- Maximum weight: 130 kg
- Designed for people over 13 and weighing at least 45 kg
- Minimum size: 1 m

Bastides & Gorges de l'Aveyron
Welcome to Bastides and Gorges de l'Aveyron, one of the Grands Sites d'Occitanie straddling two departments: Aveyron and Tarn-et-Garonne. You'll be amazed by the architectural heritage of the bastides and medieval villages, then enjoy a break in the heart of nature by the river or on the cliffs of the Anglars Causses in Saint-Antonin. For the more sporty, don't miss the canoe trip down to Najac and Saint-Antonin.
