Rock climbing at Roc d'Anglars
The Aveyron Gorges and their rock faces are particularly well known for climbing. Discover the best climbing spots now!
The main climbing spots are located around Saint-Antonin, Cazals and Penne. In Saint-Antonin, the main climbing spot is on the north face of the Roc d'Anglars. Perched between 30 and 80 meters high, the proposed routes range from level 4 to 8b, with variable equipment.

Situated between Cazals and Penne, the Amiel cliff is perfect for south-facing climbing in the Aveyron Gorges!
Amiel offers less vertiginous routes than Roc d'Anglars, with heights ranging from 10 to 25 meters. The routes on offer range from level 4 to 6c+ .

Le Roc d'Anglars offers you via ferrata in the heart of the Causses & Gorges de l'Aveyron, with routes designed for adventurers eager for wide-open spaces and unforgettable panoramas of the Aveyron gorges. Vertigo sufferers please refrain!
The routes are made possible by a continuous lifeline and suitable equipment: carabiner, harness and lanyard are all required. Once you've been safely secured, you'll be able to move along the cliffside in an atmosphere of unrivalled freedom.
Several courses have been designed, for amateurs and initiates alike, with a zip line at the end.
