Le Bélier offers a wide range of beers brewed in St-Antonin-Noble-Val. They select local wheat and original flavours to delight the taste buds. Aromas of banana, coconut, elderflower... you're bound to find a taste to suit you!
Saffron fields were numerous in the Middle Ages in the area. Denise Soulier perpetuates this know-how. Taste the jams
and take advantage of the open house at the saffron farm in
mid-October to admire the fields covered with purple flowers.
