Layout : - Ground floor: comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge, cooker, oven, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Upstairs: large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Outside : A covered terrace with dining table offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside - perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or dinner al fresco. The gîte is accessed via a private entrance with stone steps and a few staircases, which unfortunately make it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Facilities and extras : You can enjoy the owner's swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Surroundings: Located in a beautiful rural setting, the gîte is surrounded by hiking and cycling trails. Explore the nature, hills, fields and typical villages of the region - a little paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Please note: Due to steps and stairs, the gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
