    Detailed description: The menu changes several times a week. Almost all the producers Arnaud Ronxin works with are local and located in the neighbouring communes. - The vegetables come from Odile and Guy Delpérié's Lisoule garden, from Baptiste Mur in Riols and from the Verdurette farm in Cordes-sur-Ciel. - The bread is made by Fanny Camus, who grows her own wheat and produces her own flour in Ginals. A wide range of drinks are on offer, including wines (Domaine de Saurs, Domaine Gayrard, Domaine Vayssette, etc.), spirits (Castan distillery), beers and soft drinks (Auros and La Berlue breweries) from the surrounding area.
