Le Pech du Fournel is a large, beautiful detached stone farmhouse which stands alone in its own grounds in a quiet, secluded and elevated position with a large private swimming pool and with magnificent distant views over the surrounding countryside. The house occupies a substantial, south-facing, commanding position with panoramic views at a distance. It is surrounded by its own land which includes fields and extensive areas of woodland. The Pech is the only one and is approached by its 100 metre drive at the end of a small rural tarmac road which ends in the woods behind the house. There is therefore no traffic and the area is very quiet, except for the noise of birds and wildlife. The property has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, can sleep up to 8 people and is tastefully furnished throughout. Access to the house is either via the ground floor kitchen/dining room or a few steps from the living room.
