The first floor has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. The second floor has a large double bedroom, shower room and WC. Outside, a lush, flower-filled setting awaits you, with a covered terrace, a stone barbecue, garden furniture and a gazebo for enjoying sunny days. This detached stone gîte, situated on a private estate, guarantees peace and comfort in a peaceful setting. It also boasts exceptional panoramic views over the valley and Lac de Parisot. The owner's swimming pool, which is accessible at all times, is equipped with a security fence and an infrared alarm to guarantee everyone's safety. A digital code access gate provides additional security. The pool, with depths ranging from 0.60 m to 1.90 m, is ideal for all ages. Description of the gîte : First floor: living room with leather sofa, two fabric armchairs, flat-screen TV, kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower and WC, washing machine. Bedroom 1: double bed (160 cm) and cot. Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm). Second floor (attic): large bedroom with double bed (160 cm), air conditioning, two velux windows with blackout blinds, seating area, shower room and WC. Outside: Covered terrace (balet), stone barbecue. Garden furniture and gazebo. Boules pitch, swing and outdoor table tennis table. Green and flowery setting, perfect for relaxing.
