If you're stressed by everyday life, dreaming of nature, bird fields, taking a dip before going to bed or chatting with caring owners, look no further than La Huppe Toquée. Live at your own pace. On the heights of Saint Antonin Noble Val, less than 7 km from the village, at the end of a small road alternating between woods and fields, you'll discover a peaceful hamlet bathed in nature. Here, at "Bes de Quercy", it's the end of the road for cars and the beginning of walks and bike rides.
After passing the sleeping farm, you might come across a herd of cattle wandering through the pastures. There are vast stretches of green to explore, and the two valleys below hide caves and enchanting landscapes.
La Huppe Toquée gîte is nestled in the heart of 2 hectares of land, with two buildings and a variety of green spaces. Meadows, an oak wood and a maple wood, carefully sculpted to welcome intimate or convivial moments of relaxation, punctuated by the songs of birds and cicadas.
A heated swimming pool (11x4 m), shared with the owners and partially shaded, blends into the landscape on hot summer days.
The refurbished dwelling has everything you could possibly need:
- A fully-equipped, fan-cooled kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.).
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x200).
- A second bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190).
- A sitting room with the option of an extra bed.
- Two shower rooms.
- Two WCs, 1 of which is separate.

All the household linen required for each area will be provided.
A fibre-optic wifi network covers many areas.
A pretty covered terrace with plancha provides a lounge for your summer meals.
Céline and Vincent will be your hosts during your stay and will be delighted to welcome you and meet your needs. Their aim is to perpetuate the epicurean values of the place. Previously a stopover gîte and gourmet farm inn, and in the past a holiday home for members of the Compagnons de la Chanson, the voices of Yvette Giraud and her friend Edith Piaf are still ringing out!
Bookings are by the week for July and August (€750 including linen and cleaning) and a minimum of two nights for May, June and September (contact us).
