The estate consists of an old mill and is the starting point for a wide range of natural activities... all within easy reach of the Aveyron gorges. The estate is also ideal for organising family and cultural events. The mill, located 3 km from the village of St Antonin, was built before the 16th century.
Over the following centuries, buildings were added and transformed.
The property, formerly a holiday camp for the town of Montauban, is now being transformed into a high-quality tourist accommodation, a large-capacity group gîte, while preserving its heritage character and exceptional natural environment.
There is a wide range of outdoor activities available around the mill, including hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, tree climbing and caving.
The rooms can be rented together or separately, and the communal areas are shared with the groups: a large communal kitchen, a terrace overlooking the River Aveyron, a games room/dining room and two lounges. Sanitary facilities are shared by floor (showers, toilets and washbasins).
On the ground floor, there are 3 independent bedrooms with en suite facilities, and on the first floor there is another 4 independent bedrooms with en suite facilities.
On the same second floor, on the other wing of the building, there is a series of smaller rooms with another bathroom and toilet block.
The rooms are spacious and can accommodate 1 or 2 couples and children in single or bunk beds. The layout of the rooms is flexible.
Facilities: cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi.
Meals can be organised.
