A sudden urge to take to the trails and go green?
The Causses and Gorges de l'Aveyron are teeming with diverse and varied trails. Accessible on foot, by bike, mountain bike or horseback, our trails take you from valleys to plateaus, through a lush natural environment.
The landscapes here make up a rich and diverse patchwork where it's good to get lost, stroll and recharge your batteries.
You're spoilt for choice: 63 walks and hikes of varying levels, 50 FFC-certified mountain bike loops, 11 cyclo-tourist loops for a timeless wander.
If you're more sporty, you can also tackle one or more sections of the GR46 or GR36. Interpretation trails for families also exist at St-Antonin, Caylus, Parisot and Lacapelle-Livron. In short, our paths are just waiting for you... pick up your map or topo-guide, your shoes and off you go!

Etape 1
Au point AD: Faites 500m et tournez à gauche, sur un chemin de terre en sous-bois. Au point AF: Vous passez prés d'un ensemble puits / abreuvoir qui montre l'ingeniosité des habitants pour capter et conserver l'eau sur nos Causses. Ils utilisaient ici une pente naturelle de dalles de pierre pour récupérer l'eau dans un abreuvoir. Le puits a été restauré récemment par l'équipe d'entretien des sentiers de randonnée. Suivez la route à droite puis, à gauche aprés 250m un chemin de terre. Au point AG: Suivez ce chemin tout droit jusqu'à proximité du hameau de Pradignes. Tournez à droite. Arrivés à une route vous traversez pour continuer tout droit (croix de chemin) sur un chemin de terre bordé de murets de pierre sèche.
