On the Aveyron, in an idyllic landscape where the calm, the murmur of birds and the whisper of the river have replaced the horns and noise of engines. Treat yourself to a timeless nautical getaway in the Aveyron gorges.
Let yourself be carried by the current, cross small rapids, or pass under metal or stone bridges, this is the program for your descent. You approach small private beaches where you can quench your thirst in the shade and put down the oars for a few moments to enjoy the view.
The exceptional site of the Aveyron Gorges, classified Natura 2000, is home to several protected species whose habitat must be preserved. Don't forget to take your garbage with you, and leave the river and its banks in good condition.
Supervised swimming :
Unfurl your towel in an unforgettable setting, or just relax by the water. Lac de Parisot, Piscine municipale de Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val or the banks of Laguépie are all equipped and supervised areas for swimming in complete tranquillity.

Would you like to unfold your towel in an unforgettable setting, or simply enjoy a lazy moment with your feet in the water? Between unspoilt nature and comfortable facilities, several bathing sites await you to make the most of the first rays of sunshine!
- In summer and spring, the Lake Parisot, with its calm, welcoming surroundings, is ideal for a day out with family or friends. You'll find picnic areas, children's play areas, a skate park, a dance hall and an aquapark in high season (July to August).
- Visit Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val municipal swimming pool, This fully-equipped facility offers a refreshing backdrop for the summer season.
- As for the banks of Laguépie, They invite you to relax in the heart of a natural environment, ideal for bathing and contemplation.

Our fishing spots
With the Aveyron river and its tributaries (the Seye, Bonnette and Baye) and numerous lakes, the Causses & Gorges de l'Aveyron are ideal for fishing.
You can fish for pike, zander, perch, catfish, chub, carp, barbel, roach, small fish and eels... Whether you're a beginner, an amateur or a seasoned angler, you'll find a wide variety of places to fish here.
Information on the different categories of streams and rivers, places to pick up fishing cards, discovery events and Pêche Nature workshops are all right here, at your fingertips.
