    In the midst of oak woods and surrounding meadows, black Gascon pigs and Caussade chickens enjoy this exceptional environment. In addition to on-site sales and deliveries, we ship all cured and preserved products throughout France. In addition to the products made on the farm from black Gascon pork, we also distribute products made from fattened ducks. These preserves are produced by 3 producers in the Lot who specialise in traditional fattened duck farming. You can supplement your purchases with spices specially selected by us directly from Madagascar. These are unusual spices, just like the famous Bourbon vanilla. Le Mas de Monille is also a farm inn located in the heart of the Causse du Quercy in the commune of Loze, at the crossroads of the GR46 long-distance hiking trails. We invite you to sample our farm-fresh meat and vegetables. You'll rediscover authentic products and forgotten flavours.
