Independent one-bedroom gîte with exceptional charm. Adjoining the farmhouse. The gîte has private access via the stairs at the front of the farmhouse. It is extremely well equipped with two single beds in the main bedroom which can easily be converted into a double bed on request. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making this cottage very suitable for couples and small families. There is a good kitchenette and a shower room with WC. Guests staying at the Gite also enjoy exclusive use of our beautiful summer kitchen at the rear of the building. This large space is equipped with a 5-burner Smeg gas hob, a large gas barbecue and a fridge, all of which you will need during your stay. There is also a small private terrace at the front of the gite. Absolutely perfect for a morning coffee and croissant! Guests staying in the gite will also have access to a 10 metre by 5 metre salt water swimming pool which is also shared with other guests staying at Coutillard. All linen and towels provided.
