The FFC mountain bike area n°215 of the Aveyron Gorges

How about some mountain biking? The Aveyron Gorges are THE mountain biking spot in Tarn-et-Garonne.

The Gorges de l'Aveyron mountain biking area includes the Quercy Rouergue and Gorges de l'Aveyron sectors (circuits 1 to 14 and 34 to 69) and the Pays de Vaour sector (circuits 15 to 33).

These 69 routes offer a variety of landscapes and different levels of difficulty, so there's something for everyone!

You'll find these routes on two maps: Quercy Rouergue et Gorges de l'Aveyron and Toscane Occitane, on sale in our Tourist Information Offices.

Wherever you stay in the Causses and Gorges de l'Aveyron region, you'll find at least one mountain bike trail. From 4 to 82 km, with gradients ranging from 20 m to 1800 m, there's a trail to suit every taste. The Causses and Gorges de l'Aveyron, a wilderness setting that's ideal for both sporting and rejuvenating breaks, invite mountain bikers to the heights of the Roc d'Anglars, the Cirque de Bône, the Gourgue valley, the St-Symphorien valley... for routes with stunning panoramic views.
