Endroit priviligé Our refined holiday home, Les causeries, is situated on a hillside in a 4 ha property with its own pond, a beautiful landscaped garden and an unforgettable view of the magnificent countryside and hills. It is in a very beautiful historical and cultural region, only fifteen minutes from the beautiful town of Cordes Sur Ciel and 40 km from the famous city of Albi (Unesco) -The holiday house is part of the "Domaine Les Causeries" and consists of a private house with guest rooms (only 2 rooms so max. 4 persons) and the holiday house for 6 persons. The two parts are separated by a small wall so that you can enjoy your terrace in complete privacy. The holiday home is on one level with a beautiful contemporary decor for 6 people, 85 m² with a terrace of 12 m². It has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, fridge and freezer. Spacious living and dining room, free wifi. Two bathrooms, toilet, washing machine and private parking. Terrace with direct access to our beautiful garden and large 12.5 x 6 m swimming pool (to be shared with B&B guests) - Barbecue available, beach with beautiful views, pergola for meals. The village centre is only 2 km from the estate and has all amenities (shops, bars and restaurant, bakery, butcher, chemist, doctor). There are 2 markets a week.
