Come and experience a great vertical adventure on the Roc d'Anglars via ferrata at Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val in the Tarn-et-Garonne region. The via ferrata can be defined as an aerial walk (sometimes perched more than 50 metres high!). It offers exceptional views and is a great way of climbing, abseiling, zip-lining and discovering the flora and fauna around you.
The Roc d'Anglars via ferrata takes place mainly in the shade, so it's great fun in the height of summer and as soon as the temperature rises. It offers a lovely view of the medieval village of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, the Causse du Quercy and the River Aveyron (ideal for ending with a swim or a drink in one of the guinguettes).
After a pleasant approach walk, the Roc d'Anglars via ferrata consists of an ascending traverse that varies in difficulty depending on the options chosen. Some sections are common to all the different routes. You quickly gain height until you reach a wide aerial ledge. The route can include climbing, abseiling, a zip line and ... a few surprises ;-)
The 'classic' route is suitable for everyone, lasts around two hours and offers a real introduction to via ferrata without being selective.
Other routes are more challenging and also offer training for self-sufficiency.
