Detailed description: Knives and tools between dog and wolf combine high-quality carbon steel with the richness of authentic craftsmanship. Forging carbon steel tightens the grains inside the blade, helping to reinforce its mechanical strength. Water plays a very important purifying role when the steel is beaten, cleaning it to remove all impurities. The anvil and hammer are wetted between each beating, in the manner of the cutlers of yesteryear. Knives and tools are forged using natural charcoal to avoid oxidation and polluting the steel. No gas or coal is used in the pack's workshop, as this generates oxidation with the gas, and risks of toxicity and oxidation with the coal, so the steel is polluted and loses its quality. Each of our creations undergoes a specific heat treatment with selective quenching, which allows us to obtain the flexibility of steel while retaining a high level of hardness. This special feature is one of the hallmarks of the Cutlery between dog and wolf.
