On the ground floor, an entrance hall gives access to a large living room of 65 m² comprising a lounge (2 3-seater sofas on either side of a wood-burning stove, 4 armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, satellite), a fully equipped kitchen (fitted units LV, MO, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 ovens) and a dining room with a large table. Large covered terrace with open fireplace for barbecues and pizza oven, tables and chairs for 23 people and table tennis. 10 x 4 m fenced and covered swimming pool with steps and paddling pool area. A pergola along the beach provides shade. Pretty grounds surrounding the gîtes. Parking in front of the gîte and electric charging point. Secure bike shed.
