Gîte HamotLocated in Quercy-Rouergue, a region renowned for its rich local produce, local markets and listed sites, the Hamot gîte, designed by its owner in 2020, offers exceptional location and comfort. This recently-built, independent, bioclimatic gite with a larch wood facade exudes calm and comfort in a natural setting bordered by a hiking trail, with a large terrace at oak tree level, on one level with a vast living room and kitchen. The mezzanine bedroom is on the same level as the green terrace. Natural swimming pool (phytodepuration; no chemicals, antibacterial protection by copper/silver electrolysis) to be shared with the owners. Farms, local producers and a small market a few kilometres away provide fresh, high-quality produce. The owners offer a range of independent services (breakfast and dinner on arrival, activity bookings, advice). Sanitary measures are respected (cleaning and disinfection) and the owners have been vaccinated. The isolation of the gîte makes it an unspoilt spot in countryside that is little affected by Covid.

Week 800 € * 25 € extra person, free for babies under 3. 20 € extra person in winter. All seasons + €30 cleaning charge not included. Online booking with payment of 20% at the time of booking. Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, 20% afterwards, except in cases of force majeure. Add tourist tax when booking. -
