You are on the plateau of the Causses du Quercy with its very special vegetation, alternating between juniper moorland, grassy and rocky lawns, punctuated by oak, maple and other species. The flora and fauna are full of surprises. You enter the house by the stone staircase that leads to the balet, a shady, convivial terrace where you can also enjoy your meals with a view over the plateau. The living room is spacious, with a lounge and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the three bedrooms on the garden level. Two double bedrooms each open onto the outside and one bedroom with 4 single beds. There are two shower rooms with Italian showers and a separate toilet. There is 1000m² of land around the house where you can relax in the shade of the trees. Waste water is treated by phyto-epuration, dry WC by integrated composting, electricity comes from solar collectors and Enercoop and a wood pellet boiler provides heating and hot water. The owners' house is close by, and the landscaping gives you privacy. The kitchen garden provides organic vegetables in season and we can prepare picnic baskets, ready meals or breakfasts as well as sharing the pleasures of gardening with you.
