La Cabane is a microbrewery driven by human and ecological values, located in Caylus. No ingredients from the ends of the earth at the Cabane.
The cereals are grown in the Occitanie region and malted in Belgium (but soon to be 30km from the brewery!).
The hops come from Europe only. No IPAs made with American, New Zealand or Australian hops, but instead sourced directly from two Catalan farms just over 200km from the brewery.
The yeast used is propagated by as small an independent lab as possible, so as to avoid dehydrated yeast from large labs.
All the ingredients are of organic origin.
