Detailed description: In summer, under the legendary, century-old chestnut tree, you can enjoy black Gascon pork on the spit and roast Caussade poultry. In winter, in a room with typical Quercy causse architecture, close to an open fire, come and enjoy cassoulets or stuffed chicken.
All the meat and cooked meats served at the inn come from the farm and are prepared by us. In summer, all vegetables are grown on the farm.
Menus based on our pork or poultry are served by reservation only. Service is provided for groups of 8 or more. The Mas de Monille is often reserved for family celebrations. You can reserve the site for any festive event.
We regularly provide a catering service with roast piglet accompanied by aligot.
